Search by word(s)

You may enter several words, as long as they appear in the text/title at a distance of maximum 40 characters.

Truncation for an extended search: use‘ % ’at the end of an incomplete word, typed directly in the database language (Dutch). Ex: identi% can give identiciteit, identiek, identificatie, identificatiecode etc.

Document type

Select the legal nature of the documents from the drop-down menu.

You may also scroll the items; to start from a particular letter, type in that letter.

Document number

This option applies only to searches for a royal decree (arrêté royal) or a numbered collective agreement (convention collective numérotée).

Choose one of them from the "document type" selector and type in the number.

Type of date

The Signature date is the date of promulgation of the texts.

The Publication date is the date of publication of the texts in the Moniteur belge.

Search hints

Enter at least the year (4 digits). To narrow down the search, enter the month and the day of publication (2 digits each).

You can also enter a time range, i.e. a period between two dates.

Source of publication

Specify the source of publication. Ex: Moniteur belge, that is the Belgian Official Gazette.

OJ number

The number of the Official Gazette for the year the document was published in it.
