Title search

Enter words you want to search for in the titles of documents. Your search will return only documents with titles containing the exact word or expression you enter.

Practical tips

Search using Polish words, with accents. Mis-spelt words will not be found.
The search engine searches only for the form of the word you enter.
If you want to find all the conjugations or declensions of a word, use the truncation function: enter the stem of the word, followed by a + sign.
Don't include prepositions or conjunctions in your search.

Document type

Select the type of document you want from the picklist (click on the down-arrow to see the options). You can only choose one document type per search.

Date of document

This refers to the date when the document was adopted. Always specify the "from" year (4 figures). If you want, you can also specify the month and date (2 figures each).

Examples

To search for all documents adopted in 2003, enter 2003 in the "from" year field.
For all documents adopted in March 2003 (1-31 March): enter 2003 in the "from" year field and 03 in the month field (don't forget the 0).
For documents adopted on 5 March 2003: enter 2003 in the "from" year field, 03 in the month field and 05 in the day field.

Publication source – name

Specify the publication where the documents will have appeared. You can use this field in combination with the "Publication source – No" field. You can only choose one publication source per search.

Publication source – No

Specify the issue of the official gazette you want. The numbering series restarts from 1 at the beginning of each year. You can use this field in combination with the "year" field under "Publication date". For example, to search for issue No 3 of the official gazette from 2003, enter 3 in the "Publication source – No" field and 2003 in the "Publication date" field.

Publication date

Here, you can specify the year when the document you want was published in the official gazette. You can use this field in combination with the "Publication source – No" field. For example, to search for issue No 3 of the official gazette from 2003, enter 3 in the "Publication source – No" field and 2003 in the "Publication date" field.
